Manakins and Tityras - Birds of Matapalo

The strange song of the Long-tailed Manakin is often heard but it is difficult to see this birds. Masked Tityra is occasionally seen here. The bird has a very strange vocalization.

Masked Tityra (male) followed by Long-tailed Manakin (male). While the photo of the mannakin is blurry, you can clearly see its interesting coloration and its wispy tail.
